As a Team Support Officer, youll be at the centre of our operations, ensuring that things run smoothly and efficiently.  Heres an idea of what youll be doing:

Your Responsibilities:

- Customer Communication: Youll engage with various customers, organisations and suppliers, handling queries face-to-face, by email and over the phone.

- Meeting Support: Youll provide essential support at internal and external meetings, including setting up agendas, scheduling appointments and taking notes.

- Drafting Documents: Youll write documents and letters that are clear and professional.

- Event Planning: Youll arrange and coordinate events and ensure things run smoothly.

- Data Management: Youll handle spreadsheets and databases with precision and accuracy.

- Financial Processing: Youll process financial payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

- Collaborating with Others: Youll work closely with other teams within your business area as needed to support operations.
