Let us tell you a little bit about the role¢€¦

We have an exciting opportunity for a resourcing professional to join us in this key Resourcing Advisor role on a permanent basis within our busy resourcing team. You will provide leadership support and guidance to a small team of Officers across all elements of the temporary workforce (contingent labour, specialist advisors and bank inspection staff) recruitment cycle.

You will play a key role in ensuring that we deliver excellent customer service to all our internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the temporary workforce Resource Partner and Permanent workforce resourcing team to drive forward resourcing activities and projects in line with best practice recruitment processes, ensuring diversity and inclusion is considered in everything that we do.

Your resourcing knowledge will be crucial in ensuring that you provide support where needed within your team but also to ensure you understand the temporary recruitment needs and challenges across CQC to help meet business objectives.

This is a rare chance to lead and inspire a new team within our resourcing function, to build on and improve existing processes, and use your expertise to develop better ways of working to make our recruitment process for the temporary workforce effective and high performing.

What we're looking for from you...

You¢€™ll be a competent and knowledgeable resourcing professional with proven leadership abilities. Having experience of recruiting to both volume campaigns and niche roles, with a good understanding of market trends and temporary workforce challenges, you will help us to ensure we build our brand and attract top talent. Your leadership skills will lead and develop the team to provide excellent levels of customer service, best practice advice and creative temporary resourcing solutions.

With strong communication skills, you¢€™ll easily build positive relationships with others, allowing you to understand our business needs, provide advice and guidance when needed and influence at senior levels.

What we can offer you...

Your health and wellbeing are important to us and are supported through generous annual leave (starting at 27 days and rising with service to 32.5 days, plus 8 Bank Holidays), a cycle to work scheme, discounted gym vouchers and access to a free employee assistance service 24 hours a day. We also understand the importance of financial health and offer membership of the NHS pension scheme, contributing about 14% of basic salary. You will also be able to access discounts to supermarkets, high street stores, electronics, fleet cars, plus we also have an internal reward scheme which could see you earn yourself a voucher or two! All of our Homeworkers are also kitted out with everything they need to comfortably work from home.

We want to support you to succeed and be your absolute best, with opportunities for training and development along with the support of experienced managers and mentors.

We want to make working for CQC a great experience for everyone, and to role model a diverse and representative culture. To support an inclusive environment where colleagues feel empowered to bring their whole self to work, we support a variety of staff networks, including the Race Equality Network, LGBT+ Equality Network, Carers Equality Network, Disability Equality Network and Gender Equality network.
