There is so much more involved than just being, stuck in an office monitoring CCTV or patrolling the premises.

You are all over the building, so are likely to be the first line of contact  for our customers and need great interpersonal skills

Youll manage the health and safety of the building, patrolling to check fire doors, making sure everything is locked and secure.

Youre sociable and interested in people and their stories and like getting to know people. You use your people insights and keen eye for detail to spot changes in behaviour.

You recognise when things are about to go wrong and are confident intervening in a sensitive way, asking to help when you need to.
