Global Sales Analyst - Net Pricing

Slough, Berkshire

This role supports the Global Sales Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function to drive net revenue, gross margin, and trade budget performance by developing best practice, and consistent reporting across the global business.  Key priorities will be to analyse key financial metrics pertaining to pricing, providing insights on profit opportunities via price.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Consistent and timely reporting of financial performance relating to net pricing for local markets as well as senior management 

- Tracking and monitoring of specific initiatives (e.g., price increases) across RGM projects

- Support all local Sales Directors and global RGM team to identify pricing opportunities for annual plans

- Support RGM team in conducting market-specific deep dives into net price variance and gap to global targets

- Working with Global Shopper Marketing to develop correct pack price architecture for our brands, including the setting of global targets for net price

- To develop a strong working knowledge of Fusion, PowerBI and Nielsen

- To develop a strong expertise in price management, price elasticity, GMVA/NRVA and Price-Volume-Profit simulation analyses

Personal Attributes:

- Commercial experience and/or understanding of P&L principles preferred, via education or ideally via employment within FMCG or retail industries

- Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales systems software experience)

- High levels of diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail and/or standard processes

- Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving 

- Excellent communication, presentation skills 

- Confident interaction at all levels within the Reckitt organisations 

- Good interpersonal and time management skills.  Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
