Our expanding Evidence Generation and Clinical Research team generates high quality scientific evidence by designing and conducting clinical trials. This provides the information and data we need to bring our products to market and to meet consumers’ needs. We prove that our products work, and work safely, by setting-up, conducting and reporting clinical studies with operational excellence, ensuring our products’ uniqueness is adequately highlighted and to answer meaningful scientific questions.

You’ll succeed because…

...you will have a Biological Science degree (and ideally additional clinical research certification) with an extensive track record of clinical operations experience and managing OTC clinical studies in a pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare company or at a CRO or clinical vendor. With an in depth and up to date knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/other regulatory standards and strong project management experience, you’ll utilise your communicating and influencing skills to work successfully in partnership with both our internal stakeholders and external vendors.

You will assume responsibility for the line management of direct reports and assist in their targeted personal and technical development and training so people management experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
