Job Description

The University of Bristol is seeking an outstanding individual to join the Board of Trustees as an independent member sitting on the Audit and Risk Committee from this year and becoming the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee from 1 January 2023. The Board of 20 Trustees, led by Chair Jack Boyer OBE, is the governing body of the University.

Successful candidates must be qualified accountants with experience of serving on a corporate or public body audit committee. They will bring credible executive-level experience in large and complex organisations and will feel alignment with the University’s mission, strategy and objectives.
