Job Description

About the role

As a Business Delivery Co-Ordinator you will be working in a small team dynamic team within the OS Consumer business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring product inventory is effectively managed to maximise sales of OS and third party supplier products that are sold through both our direct to consumer and indirect trade channels. You will also be working with stakeholders and other teams across the business and within OS Consumer to help achieve the business unit and organisation’s goals / objectives.

Collaborate with product / category managers to enable successful achievement of business goals/objectives

Place timely production & replenishment orders with suppliers to maintain good stock availability in accordance with KPIs

Maximise the efficiency of production & replenishment orders to optimise unit production costs, storage costs and obsolete stock.

Maintain the currency of stock through version control, so that customers have access to the most up-to-date mapping

Manage supplier contracts; monitor their performance in order to ensure agreed service levels are met, and if necessary, instigate remedial action plans

Manage and report upon inventory holding (including partner and consignment stock) in order to facilitate appropriate management decisions.

Customer query resolution: providing information to the business to ensure that customers obtain the right product, the right quantity, at the right time and price. Event attendance as needed

Work across the team to support other areas of work e.g. order processing, consignment stock management

What we’re looking for 

Excellent knowledge of relevant software used in the area e.g. SAP, BW & Excel plus a good understanding of D365 Finance & Operations (ERP)

A track record executing supply chain processes and inventory management

Very good information analysis and problem solving skills together with very good written and verbal communication skills

A good knowledge of both the OS paper map portfolio and our third party product portfolio

A can do attitude with the ability to see and understand the bigger picture
