Empowering customers to live rewarding and happy lives.

You’re passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. You’ll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from  different backgrounds.

Join our Central Resource Team which provides support to a wide range of customers across the Teesside, Durham and Sunderland area. Your flexibility will be key within this role as you’ll be working across our Durham area. Our unique supported service will include working with, young people with mental health conditions, older people, and mental health hospital discharges.

Tasks vary within each service, and no day will be the same. You will be given the opportunity to shadow each service and gain the knowledge and training to become an invaluable member of our team.

We strive to support our customers with what is right for them and in a way that is personal to them, allowing them to move on and live within the community, ensuring their aspirations are achieved.

About you

It would be amazing if you have worked in this type of environment before, however it’s your “can do” positive attitude and enthusiasm that are critical to make this role a success.

We can nurture your talent, just let us know in your cover letter why you have a passion to work here.

As you will be expected to cover across the region, you need to be able to drive, as well as having access to a vehicle, insured for business purposes.

We need you to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers, but we aim to give you the time you need for a healthy work life balance.

About our team

You’ll join our outgoing team, full of diverse characters and varying roles, who are all friendly and helpful.

The Central Resource Team is led by Yvonne who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all things Home Group. She is supported (and couldn’t do without) our brilliant Client Service Manager, Benjiee, who as a former member of CRT brings vast experience and understanding of the roles and services within the area.

When you join, you’ll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you don’t have a transferrable one.
