Job Description

Senior Consultant (Leadership and Organisational Development)

Salary: £83,913 – £100,192 p.a. (more may be available for an exceptional candidate)

Location: Central London, but travel is an essential requirement

Our vision is that the best possible health and care is available to all. Help us make it happen.

About the role:

As part of our ambitious aims, we are committed to supporting people and leaders across the health and care system, through organisational development, system leadership, individual and team development.

We wish to recruit a Senior Consultant to join our talented and dynamic team. You will ensure the highest standards of design, delivery and evidence-based interventions to a diverse range of clients.

Your work will combine the unique applied learning from our leadership and organisation development practice with our policy and research insights. You will also play a lead role to design and deliver our leadership and organisational development programmes and commissioned work and in identifying new business opportunities to help deliver our strategic ambitions.

About you

As a skilled leadership and OD practitioner, you’ll bring experience in a similar role and be passionate about the potential of people and teams and the development of collaborative, inclusive and compassionate leadership.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have significant experience in leading work on equality, diversity and inclusion and are passionate to develop and help strengthen this within our work portfolio to include thought leadership, research and on new and existing collaborations to develop our national and international networks.

Kind, compassionate and able to inspire and influence others, you’ll be a credible practitioner with great experience to contribute from a relevant field. What makes you stand out from the crowd is your ability to work with diverse individuals and teams and help to bring positive change to organisations and systems in the health and care sector. You’ll share our values and be ambitious in your collaborations with people across the organisation and in external networks, and to develop new ideas for achieving our strategic ambitions.

Here at the Fund, we actively encourage applicants from underrepresented backgrounds, people from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds, those with disabilities and from the LGBT+ community. We want people to bring their unique blend of experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, and knowledge as we recognise that diversity makes us stronger.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have invested in up-skilling and pivoting our delivery model to embrace digital opportunities. We will continue to blend our delivery modes with digital, face-to-face and asynchronous learning opportunities and you will be expected to work in our facility and on client sites across the UK.
