Director of Property, Building Safety and Compliance

We are looking for an exceptional, ambitious and skilled Director to join us and lead our Property Services directorate. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll be a key member of our Senior Management Team, positively impacting through organisation-wide leadership and strategic planning. With responsibility for the development and delivery of our asset investment strategy, and management of our repairs and maintenance services, you’ll provide inspirational leadership with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation. 

You will also ensure the highest health, safety and compliance standards and drive cultural change so that we are delivering on the Building Safety Bill & Fire Safety Bill agenda, as well as complying with statutory property compliance. 

A results-driven property professional, motivated by a deep-rooted social purpose, with a successful track record of leading building, property or maintenance services, your expertise will ensure that our team delivers a customer experience comparable to the best in the sector.
