Job Description

Paradigm Housing Group is one of the Southeast’s leading housing providers, managing over 15,000 homes across 30 local authorities with a turnover of £130m. Headquartered near High Wycombe and Beaconsfield, we are both a charity and a registered provider of social housing, employing over 450 people.  We have a clear and ambitious view of where we are as an organisation and where we need to get to: providing an excellent service for our customers and focusing on safety and sustainability.

We have launched our new 5-year Corporate Plan that sets out a clear vision for the organisation, including commitments to provide excellent services and support for our most vulnerable customers, as well as investment to reduce the carbon emissions of our homes to net zero by 2050 and address fuel poverty.  To help us achieve these objectives, we are embarking on an organisation-wide transformation programme and investing in new core IT and digital solutions.

In order to deliver excellence for our customers we have created two new Assistant Director posts in our Customer Directorate. Our new Customers & Communities Assistant Directors will be instrumental in delivering our aim of providing excellent services to tenants and homeowners.

You will combine housing management expertise with a track record of leading tenancy services, ASB, older people services and lettings. You will be a leader who brings ambition and innovation striving to better our services, championing our customers and ensuring that Paradigm remains modern minded and agile in its approach. These roles are key in ensuring our customer directorate operates in a joined up approach. We aim to do the basics brilliantly through improvements in how we work and digitising services through our business transformation programme and new IT systems, whilst always listening to and acting on customer needs.
