Salary circa £34,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus brilliant benefits!

Hybrid location: Working from home and our office in Gosforth, Newcastle

With our strategy set, and direction clear, our Award Winning Programme Management Office (PMO) is delivering the strategic programmes and projects, that ensure Home Group remains the market leader in our field.

We need the right people to make this happen, so we’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Business Analyst to join our brilliant team and help us shape our future!  The programme or projects you work on will deliver large scale business transformation for Home Group. You contribute by gathering requirements, analysing and modelling business processes, and assist in the production of business cases and benefit realisation plans. You will explore and evidence value for money and strategic fit.

This a hybrid working role, working from our office in Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne and from home too.

Joining Mel’s Programme Delivery Team, you will deliver our projects and programmes.  Mel loves working for Home Group but is also a firm believer in getting the right work-life balance.  With a husband, 2 sons and 2 dogs to “project” manage there’s never a dull moment but she’ll always find time to relax (and if it’s with a glass of something bubbly, even better!)

A bit about you

You are a skilled and experienced Business Analyst; with an excellent understanding of Prince2 / MSP and significant exposure to business analysis frameworks such as BPMN and ISEB.  You have experience of gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders from all levels. You are comfortable adapting to new ways of working as well as solving problems and issues when they arise.

You are a clear communicator with the ability to quickly gain the confidence of colleagues and stakeholders. You work flexibly, adapting your style to match and meet the needs of the business area(s) that you are collaborating with.
