As part of this journey, we are looking to strengthen our Board and our Committees by bringing on new skills and we are looking for outstanding first-time or experienced Non-Executive Directors to join us as part of our succession planning. We’re seeking a broad range of expertise that can help shape our future and make a significant contribution to the communities we support.
We want individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to the Board and our Committees and provide stewardship of the business beyond their technical areas of expertise. We are also interested in attracting applications from those with diverse and underrepresented backgrounds as we value the richness that diversity brings to our organisation.
You’ll demonstrate strategic leadership experience from progressive and people-centric organisations, along with an energetic stylex and a focus on high levels of performance as we deliver the best possible customer and community outcomes. Appreciating the multi-stakeholder and regulated environment in which we operate, this is an excellent opportunity to join us and utilise your track record of innovation, creativity and transformation. We are seeking to recruit to five roles:
1 X Board Member – who will bring with them a professional understanding of IT, Data Protection and Cyber Security, including the management of the risks posed in this area.
1 X Board Member - who will bring with them experience of working in complex organisations and a broad business and leadership background including understanding the importance of business development and strategy. Candidates for this role should have previous Non-Executive Director experience.
1 X Remuneration and Nomination Committee Member – who will bring with them a strong human resources background and a track record of improving equality, diversity and inclusion.
1 X Treasury Committee Member – who will bring with them a strong treasury management / finance background.
2 X Customer Service Committee Members – who will bring with them a background in a customer service environment or asset management.
