The role will be wide and varied from deputising for the Director of Workforce, OD and Communications; leading transformation through people; developing your team and those across the Trust including those that use our services; enabling inclusivity and belonging and helping develop and deliver our OD strategy. This role will also allow you autonomy and provide you with outstanding opportunities for growth.
We want our organisation and our Divisional Senior Management Team to reflect the diversity of the population we serve at all levels, and we welcome all applications, especially from under-represented groups, including people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, LGBT+ and those that are differently abled.
