Job Description

Head of Insight Products - 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

Executive Level 3 - £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (potential of flexibility for exceptional candidates) 

Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity for 2 years

Location: Flexible home-based with regular travel to CQC Offices (as restrictions allow)

Head of Insight Products

Reporting to our Director of Data & Insight, you’ll have a powerful impact on the country’s quality of health and care. The insight products you develop will be used by both internal and external customers to drive improvement in the quality of care being delivered. We’ll look to you for delivery of the strategy, roadmap and implementation of self-serve insight products that lead to effective, efficient user decision-making.

In practice, you’ll lead business and technical experts to achieve your outcomes, providing leadership and direction across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll introduce agile ways of product development to our team, move us away from products focused solely around sectors to a more integrated approach across areas and pathways and ensure the new insight products we build underpin our new approach to assessment of health and care services.
