So what’s this Head of Data and Performance role all about then?
Our brand-new Head of Data and Performance will lead the development of an organisation wide data strategy, bringing together data management, data quality and analytics to enable sound data-driven decisions.
We’re looking for someone with the expertise to bring together an overall approach to data and performance that supports us to deliver our ambitious business strategy, providing really strong leadership and direction within your team of data and performance specialists but also across the business to shift culture and behaviour in relation to data management. You’ll put what’s needed in place to provide industry leading insight, analytics and management information to make sure the organisation knows its performance inside out.
You’ll already be a data expert from a customer-focused, regulated sector, with experience of leading teams and working with data architecture and Microsoft tools such as SQL, Azure Data Factory, Master Data Services and Power BI. The finer print
You’ll probably want to know we offer a salary of £67,671, 28 days annual leave plus public holidays, a generous pension scheme and plenty of other benefits.
This is an agile / homeworking position, and you’ll be comfortable travelling to and within Yorkshire as required for the role.
