Were currently recruiting for a Risk Analyst to join our Open Division, Line 1 Risk team to provide a highly professional risk and governance service applying technical & business knowledge to aid senior management decision making and to lead others in all Line 1 Risk activity.
Our team mission holds that risk management is about being fearlessly honest with ourselves, challenging what we think we know, to deliver a better outcome for the customer. You will manage the administration of the Open Division Risk Forum to help our leadership team deliver those great customer outcomes in a self-aware risk-taking culture. You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and build networks and skills that will be invaluable in your future career at Phoenix.
Full secretariat support to the Open Division Risk Forum, our key risk governance committee.
Contribute to risk reporting on risks to the Group, the effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework, risk exposures against appetite, and the appropriateness of actions taken to manage risk exposures and breaches of appetite.
Produce meaningful analysis of data that is complete, accurate and produced on a timely basis.
Build relationships with Risk peers to support the implementation of an effective Risk Management Framework for the Group.
Conduct analysis, implementation and monitoring of efficient oversight processes, including documenting the processes and roles and responsibilities of different areas involved.
Managing ad hoc administrative tasks supporting and delegated from the Head of Risk and Risk and Governance Manager.
The role may involve some diary/email management for the Head of Risk.
What Were Looking For
Experience of providing full leadership meeting secretariat coordinating papers, minuting, managing actions - (ideally Risk Forums/Committee)
Preparation of risk-based Management Information
Extensive experience of retirement or savings products
Writing and presenting risk reports to senior stakeholders.
Experience of SMCR and associated work to help Senior Management Function holders manage their duties.
