Who you'll be working with:

We operate within an Agile framework. Agile is a new operating model built around cross functional squads aligned to delivery of business outcomes.

Squads work in two weekly sprints as part of Tribe to deliver against quarterly Objectives and Key results (OKRs).  As a P&L owner you will liaise closely with other functions such as finance, operations & risk.

What well give you:

You'll be a leading figure in one of the biggest workforce changes in DLG history. This comes with immense potential to learn and develop your skills as you initially see us through a very exciting time of change but also as we move into business as usual. You will be valued and looked to for inspiration, with clear goals and autonomy being part of your daily role.

In addition to this we also offer a generous benefits package including 30 days annual leave, family and work life balance focused options such as: fully paid maternity leave and parental leave, flexible working, insurance savings for you as well as a range of other optional benefits!

With your help we want to build and promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation and where coaching and development to build expertise is just what we do!
