Job Description

Location: Flexible – Leeds, London or Home Based (there will be a requirement to be in our Leeds office at least once a month)

Currently Home Based due to COVID 19

Role: 18 months fixed term contract, full time 36.5 hours per week – part time hours considered

Salary: Grade D, £27,045 (FTE)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated HR officer who is passionate about supporting people to be successful. Someone who can build positive relationships with people across the whole organisation to provide advice on recruitment, employee relations, health and wellbeing, performance and absence amongst other things and ensure we deliver a high-quality, valued and trusted HR service.

This is a really exciting time to join the team as we are just completing the implementation of our new HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Development systems and are supporting our workforce as we emerge from the effects of the pandemic. 

We can offer a level of flexibility regarding where and when you work. You will be required to spend part of your time at our Leeds office where the Team are based but we can accommodate flexible work locations.
