Job Description

The role

We are looking for a Reward Analyst to join our HR Reward team in Bromley on a full time permanent basis.

What you will be doing

You will work as part of the Reward team, providing analytical support and technical expertise to HR and the wider business. Support the reward managers in providing timely, high quality accurate data analysis and research. Support the maintenance, development, implementation and execution of Reward strategy, policies and practices.

Key accountabilities

Support annual Reward processes (pay review, bonus round, salary benchmarking, exec reward, gender pay analysis and benefits enrolment) by undertaking analysis, modelling and testing

Provide day to day analytical support, including both ad-hoc MI requirements and the development of appropriate MI tools/solutions/spreadsheets to service specific reward requirements

Lead with the submission of DLG data to external providers for all agreed surveys

Work closely with HR Business Partners to provide market median data for new roles

Support with Job evaluation for all roles, including senior leaders

Producing tables, charts and inputting to papers for senior partners including HRLT, Exco and Remuneration Committee cycle and papers.

Develop and maintain knowledge of key market sector/s, by providing up to date market intelligence, internal and external benchmarking to support development and or modification of Reward initiatives

Act as a technical specialist for more complex reward queries, investigating any issues and referring to reward managers as applicable

Draft reward communications for the Reward intranet site and support with the production of the yearly comms plan and activity timetable for all annual reward processes

Support reward managers in identifying and delivering training requirements to ensure that HR Services and other relevant teams are up skilled to carry out their role effectively (e.g. sharing benefits enrolment information, key pay review dates etc)

Work on other Reward related initiatives/projects as required

Skills and qualities

Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and apply market data and trends

Advanced excel skillset is essential

Ability and willingness to contribute to the broader team and work as an effective team member

Excellent interpersonal skills
