Working with key internal and external stakeholders youll collate, analysis and interpret data to support our decision making, leading to the design and implementation of future maintenance delivery arrangements. Youll analyse our capability to understand our position in the market place. Youll produce documentation aligned to the design and implementation of future maintenance delivery arrangements and lead works to establish/enhance its capabilities. About our teamYoull be working as part of our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering a first-class maintenance solution to our customers. Our director Paul has worked here at Home Group almost 3 years now, having worked in contact centres and maintenance environments for the past 14 years. Outside of work Paul enjoys a hectic social life and when not cooking is planning his next trip with his wife Victoria! You will be working for David who recently joined Home Group and has over 30 years experience in, house construction and maintenance. When hes not cycling hes either up a mountain in the lakes or practicing and teaching various forms of meditation. When youll workIts the teams unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your childs school play, your partners graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours! About youYoull be a true self starter, with experience (preferably in the housing sector) of successful outcomes of preparing and reviewing all aspects of business readiness/bid documentation. With proven ability to analyse multiple information sources and complex data sets, youll have a systematic process of providing insight generation from these sources. Youll be able to effectively analyse and communicate these insights with stakeholders across the business through presentations, reports and briefings, expediting decision making. Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. Youll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile.
