You will be working as an integral member of our maintenance team and will provide soft and hard landscaping, estate, garden maintenance and arboriculture services to all customers. Youll also provide daily supervision of a team of landscape gardeners.
 
About our team
Youll be working as part of our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering a first-class maintenance solution to our customers.  Our director Paul has worked here at Home Group almost 3 years now, having worked in contact centres and maintenance environments for the past 14 years. Outside of work Paul enjoys a hectic social life and when not cooking is planning his next trip with his wife Victoria!
 
You will have the support of a fantastic management team, our Heads of Maintenance Louise, David, Jonny and David have a wealth of experience working at Home Group, and youll also have a team of brilliant peers to work alongside
 
Where you will work
Youll work across Yorkshire but you will have specific responsibility for our estates throughout the region. The great news is that you will have the flexibility of working either from home or in one of our local offices and well give you the technical kit to make that easy.
 
About you
Youll have experience in soft landscaping and grounds maintenance, holding a City and Guilds Part 2 or NVQ Level 2 Landscaping or Horticultural qualification or equivalent.  Youll have a good understanding of health and safety and be able to use, service and maintain gardening machinery.
 
Youll be reliable and comfortable working both on your own as well leading a team.  Youll be comfortable managing your own time and ensuring that all maintenance and gardening are always to high standards. If you like a bit of banter too, were sure this will go down well with our customers as you will be working with a hive of activity going on around you.
