At Home Group its critical we continue to deliver services for our customers during the COVID-19 outbreak, and our awesome colleagues are at the very heart of making that happen. We need Brilliant People like you to join us (and not just during this challenging time). We are doing things a little differently at the moment, so to keep you, our customers and our ourselves safe well engage with you digitally where possible. 
 
The Tyneside Foyer is a 72 bed supported accommodation service for young people ages 16-25. Our customers are at risk of homelessness, and having a clean and tidy communal area is what really matters to them! Working weekends, you will keep our huge building clean and tidy for them to enjoy and live in! Health and Safety is everything and youll know your COSSHH from your RIDDOR. Youll also be able to work to our Home Group Policies and Procedures and maintain our €œHotel @ Home€ standards.
 
About our team
Youll be working alongside a fabulous team, to us were not just a team were a big work family. The great news is that you will be supported by a great team of managers (Stacey, Emma, Kerry and Alex) who dont just love to support our customers, but make sure that we are there for each other too!
 
Working hours
Youll work 15 hours per week, this will be agreed upon when successful in post. We need you to be flexible to meet the needs of the service, but in return we aim to give you the time you need to spend it on doing the things that matter to you.
 
A bit about you
You thrive in a challenging environment, you keep your cool when needed, but you also care about making a difference. Youre able to work around and interact with or even influence young people positively!
 
When you join, youll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you dont have a transferrable one.
