Salary £20,630 to £28,000 per annum plus bonus of up to £7,500 per annum on the achievement of sales targets

We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join us and provide brilliant administrative support which will include responding to sales enquiries by email and phone.  This is a super exciting time to join us in our strategic priority to build (and sell!) 10,000 new homes over the next five years.
 
Youll be using your awesome customer service skills to support all customers calling with sales enquiries regarding our new homes.  Whether youre advising customers on properties for sale, arranging viewings, supporting the team to achieve sales targets or event management and show home openings, theres lots for you to get involved in.  This is no boring desk job!  Youll be front of house ensuring at every touchpoint youre deliver amazing customer service.
 
Youll be working alongside Jim, Deken and Monika who make up part of our awesome sales team.  They are super passionate about selling our fabulous range of new homes, so if this is your passion too youll really fit in here.  Youll have the opportunity to grow with our team and as we expand building more new homes youll have amazing opportunities to build your career with us.
 
A bit about you
Youll be energised, confident and love helping other people.  With a passion for providing brilliant customer service, youll be a great multi tasker, have sharp attention to detail (lets hope you spot no typos here!), have good IT skills and be amazing at admin and organising.  With a hands-on approach, youll also be able to work well under pressure.  
 
Well sometimes need you to travel around the region to our different sites so you need to have a driving licence and access to a car which we will pay business mileage for travel.
