Job Description

Part-time, permanent contract The Trust is looking for a part-time Development Coordinator to support the Development Team, through efficient processing and acknowledgment of donations, managing the administration of the Friends membership scheme, maintaining accurate donor data on the SRO4 CRM database. You will produce reports and provide administrative support to help us give all supporters the best possible experience. To be successful in this role you will have excellent organisational and time management skills, you will have good communication skills both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail. You will be highly numerate and confident with tracking income and expenditure against targets, and a proactive, problem solving attitude. You will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to answer queries from members, donors and members of the public. The 21 hours per week can be worked over three, four or five days, and you may occasionally need to work evenings and weekends when there are special events.
