Job Description
The University is seeking an experienced facilities professional with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and contracts in a fast paced, customer service environment, ensuring the delivery of proactive services which exceed customer expectation.
This post holder is a key member of the University's Estate Management Team, with significant responsibility for Facilities at both campuses at the tactical and operational level, including health and safety, sustainability, and budgetary control. The post combines practical "hands on" management direction to a variety of staff and contractor groups with planning to ensure the efficient and cost effective provision of a range of services at our Chichester and Bognor Regis campuses. It is essential that you can demonstrate the following:
An experienced, flexible team manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can lead and motivate.
