Full Time/Fixed Term Maternity Cover until 1 July 2018 St Pancras Would you be able to secure spectacular coverage for a campaign to save the nation?s recorded sounds? Would you be able to generate international excitement about ground-breaking exhibitions and an expanding cultural programme? If so, the British Library would like to hear from you. We need a Head of Media Relations to join our friendly, professional and very busy Corporate Affairs team to cover a year?s maternity leave. This vital role will create and implement inspiring media campaigns to support the delivery of the Library?s Living Knowledge vision and purposes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering proactive media campaigns that generate eye-catching results. You will be able to demonstrate success within private or public sector organisations, and will have strong experience of creating and managing innovative and ambitious media relations campaigns. You will have experience of operating at senior and strategic level, managing strategic media partners and will also be an excellent communicator and writer.
