�40,000 per annum for circa 3 days a week Wirral Community NHS Foundation Trust is a successful and innovative organisation providing community and primary care services to the population of Wirral and parts of Cheshire and Liverpool. Our vision is to be the outstanding provider of high quality, integrated care to the communities we serve. The trust employs approximately 1,500 staff and has an annual income of approx. �70m. We are working with partners in Wirral and across the Cheshire and Merseyside region to ensure that we continue to provide our populations with sustainable high quality services provided close to home. At this time of signi?cant opportunity for the trust as we start to deliver adult social care services from 1 June 2017, we are seeking a new Chair and a Non-Executive Director to join our Board. For both roles an understanding of robust corporate governance and an absolute commitment to our values and vision will be essential. Our Chair will lead our Board and our Council of Governors; an exceptional communicator you will bring the credibility and gravitas required to represent the interests of our organisation and our patients locally and regionally. With experience at Board level gained in complex organisations you will be politically astute with an appreciation of working across boundaries within a system.
