(2017) RBC311 Summer Administration and Events Assistant
35 hours per week
Fixed term contract to 15 September 2017

The College is looking to appoint a Summer Administration and Events Assistant to support the Head of Development & Alumni Relations with the day-to-day-operational running of summer schools and third-party campus rentals.

As an experienced events administrator you will work proactively, accurately and efficiently without close supervision. You will be IT literate, with strong organisational skills and a proven ability to prioritise your workload to deliver to strict deadlines, at times under pressure. With a professional but flexible approach you will be a confident communicator and strong team player who also possesses the ability to work independently when required.

Salary will be approximately £1602.00 per month inclusive of OLWA based on a full time salary of £19,226.00 inclusive of OLWA for a 35-hour week.
