Finance Director

Salary: �52,020 pro rata (Actual �31,633) Hours: 22.5 per week Location: Shared Lives Plus Head Office Liverpool Shared Lives Plus is the UK network for Shared Lives and Homeshare. Our members share their own family homes, helping disabled and older people to live good lives in a place they feel they belong. We are looking for a fully qualified accountant with substantial board level experience. Having previously worked in the charity sector, you will bring with you a strong technical understanding of charity accounting as well as strategic awareness of how charities operate and are resourced. This role will lead on: ? The organisation?s financial management and controls ? Meeting regulatory requirements and statutory reporting ? Governance, budget planning and investment matters ? Managing colleagues who lead the office team and our consultancy business You will be energetic, resourceful, resilient and able to work on your own initiative whilst working to a defined development plan. You will have experience of supporting and developing great teams and be a team player yourself.
