Locality Support Officer

Job title: Locality Support Officer Status: Fixed-term for a period of up to 6 months. Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week. Location: London office Salary: £26,592.62 per annum (pro rata). Closing Date: 12 noon on 6th March 2017. Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for Locality Support Officer to join our London and South East Team on a fixed-term basis. Based in Skills for Care's London office, but willing to travel across the London and South East Area, you will support the delivery and monitoring of our work in the health and social care sector. You will be at the centre of our work, liaising between external clients, team members and internal departments such as marketing, project management and finance. You will help to prepare and implement bids, undertaking research and gathering information. This is a great role for someone who is highly organised, has attention to detail, likes working in a busy team and has an interest in health and social care. You will gain a lot of valuable experience across the project cycle. We are looking for a person who has experience of contributing to projects, working effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and enjoys engaging with a wide range of people. You will have excellent analytical and writing skills as you will need to write reports and notes from meetings. You will need to be able to juggle competing priorities and work on your own initiative, as well as working well as part of a team.
