Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2018
Part time, 18.5 hours per week.
Starting salary 25,163 pa pro rata rising to 27,960 pa pro rata with service plus car allowance.
Our Community Development team are looking for an experienced Project Officer to work on our Love London Working employability programme. You?ll be creating pathways into employment for participants who are long-term unemployed or economically inactive.
Love London Working is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) programme and is overseen by the Greater London Authority.
Key duties of the post will include:
? Contributing to the successful delivery of the Love London Working Programme
? Ensuring the project outputs and outcomes are achieved
? Providing information, advice and guidance to participants
? 1:1 support , coaching and mentoring
? Designing and delivering life skills and employability workshops
? Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
? Maintaining and updating project database systems.
The successful candidate will:
? Have previous experience in providing information, advice and guidance
? Have previous experience of delivering outcomes based projects
? Have Good knowledge and understanding of how to overcome employability issues
? Have excellent people skills
? Be highly organised in your work and able to work under pressure.
? Be proficient across Microsoft office tools (e.g. Word, excel, outlook).
? Have previous experience of using databases to manage documents and store personal records is desirable.
The post involves regular travel between sites in South London
