As an Executive Director of Customers, you are responsible for maintaining the performance of the function and improving the quality of its service through inspired people involvement, but doing so efficiently and at lower cost. You are concerned about:

The convergence of physical and digital services and balancing self-service versus human interaction
The effective retention, development and growth of people
High quality and sensitive customer services to a range of tenants in challenging environments and circumstances
High levels of performance outstripping the sector best
Balancing social purpose with leading edge business performance
Developing innovative and meaningful partnerships
