The role. The College is committed to be as competitive as possible in further and higher education markets, recognising the significant shifts and factors influencing both domains. We intend to make this new appointment in order to provide strategic and operational leadership of our marketing profile, achieving growth in both applications and entrants. Success in marketing will be results driven. Equally, we expect the new postholder to have an important presence in the College and to encourage further and higher education colleagues to sustain levels of participation in marketing and promotion activities and to accept accountability. The person. The post holder will combine an understanding of education markets with professional awareness of relevant marketing strategies and methodologies. The ability to present and deliver marketing plans will be a clear expectation, alongside operational responsiveness and the ability to see and develop new opportunities. The post is scheduled to start immediately/as soon as possible and to extend to 31 December 2017. The College is willing to consider allocating the role on a Consultancy basis.
