This important post requires the post-holder to be responsible for the overall development, management and implementation of the Colleges Quality Strategy and associated policies and procedures in line with the Common Inspection Framework. The post: The post holder will be central to developing and supporting continuous improvement, including. the production, monitoring and implementation of the Colleges annual Quality Improvement Plan, College level Post Inspection Action Plan and Self-Assessment Report; providing a quality framework that supports continuous improvement and student success, demonstrating real time impact across all key performance indicators working closely with curriculum managers and key functional areas to anticipate and meet the needs of FE students The person: Working as a key member of the FE Senior Leadership Team, the post holder will have extensive successful experience of FE as well as developed awareness of policy and compliance frameworks. The person will take responsibility for the Colleges awareness of its FE performance and improvement as it sustains its commitment to excellence.
