Job Description

Business Disability Forum (BDF) is a world-leading UK member organisation of businesses and public sector organisations. BDF has more than twenty years experience of equipping people with the expertise to create confident organisations by improving the understanding of disability in business, removing barriers to groups and making adjustments for individuals. Our Disability Standard is the authoritative benchmark measuring the progress of organisations becoming disability-smart; providing a way to improve disabled customer, candidate and employee experiences. Our taskforces and networks regularly bring together our Members and Partners with disabled opinion leaders to share best practice and create change in their specialist fields or areas of common interest. The role BDF are looking for a Mid Weight Designer who will provide a complete print and digital design service for Business Disability Forum. The Mid Weight Designer also provides advice and support on all accessible design and printing requirements, delivering efficient, accessible and value for money design and services of the highest standard within an affordable budget and within agreed timescales. . The requirement Extensive experience of using the full Adobe Creative Suite. Experience of designing brochures, publications and other branded printed collateral. Experience of producing and editing video and/or animation. Knowledge of accessible design. Ability to work as part of a small team (which requires flexibility).
