We are now looking for a Research and Insight Analyst to join the Healthwatch England team on a full-time basis, for a 12-month fixed term contract.

What you will bring¦
To be considered as a Research and Insight Analyst, you will need:
- The ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data
- The ability to plan and undertake primary research involving mixed methods
- The ability to process, interpret and present complex information in an easily understood accessible format
- The ability to manage confidential information appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What youll be doing
As a Research and Insight Analyst, you will undertake a range of analysis and projects to support data from Healthwatch England.
Specifically, you will analyse insight from local Healthwatch organisations across the country and identify themes, undertake primary research projects, working as part of a project team to influence service and system change.
You will assist our network in undertaking high quality research and engagement with people to understand what matters most to them, alongside helping Healthwatch England colleagues undertake straightforward business insight projects.
Additionally, you will:
- Receive, clean and catalogue relevant data
- Contribute to horizon scanning activities
- Identify and escalate any health and care issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with information providers and recipients
- Analyse and write-up data for insight reports
- Maintain and adapt insight systems
